Our parquet laminate wood dance floors will let your guests dance the night away!

Wondering what size dance floor you need? Here's a reference guide to help you decide:

Up to 50 guests - 12' x 12' Dance Floor

Up to 125 guests - 15' x 15' Dance Floor

Up to 200 guests - 18' x 18' Dance Floor

*Rental includes installation of a ply wood sub floor to make the dance floor as level as possible, installation of the parquet laminate wood dance floor and a dance floor border. Other sizes may be available.

Staging available in 4’x4’ sections (non-carpeted)

up to 20’x24’

Bars

Our portable bars have a stylish black vinyl clad aluminum exterior and sleek stainless steel work surfaces. The stainless steel ice bin can hold up to 95 lbs of ice and includes a drain valve. The bar includes a 24" stainless steel speed rail.

We also include an elegant black shirred skirt that attaches to front of the bar.

We recommend 1 bar tender for every 50 guests. Each of our bars can accommodate 2 bar tenders. So for example, if you have a guest list of 200 people, we recommend 2 bars and 4 bar tenders.

Sidewalls

We have sidewalls uniquely suited to match each of our tents. Sidewalls give you additional protection from the elements. They can help block rain or wind and are great for providing extra shade from the summer sun.

Sidewalls for Canopy Tents and Large Pole Tents

Sidewalls for Canopy Tents and Large Pole Tents come in two styles: Solid or Window. Solid Sidewalls are white to match the tent top. These are great to put up behind a food or cake table to block the sun. Window Sidewalls have a beautiful clear arched window every 10 feet. Window Sidewalls keep your tent feeling open and bright.

Sidewalls for High Peak Frame Tents

Sidewalls for High Peak Frame Tents come in two styles: Solid or Window. Solid Sidewalls are white to match the tent top. Window Sidewalls have a continuous clear pan that spans the center of the wall.
